For non-hotel guests, weekend self-parking costs more than weekday self-parking. For registered hotel guests, MGM currently lists a flat $20 self-parking rate regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend.
MGM also notes that weekend rates do not apply to registered hotel guests, but special event rates may still affect some parking situations for visitors.
MGM Resorts Valet Parking Fees
Valet parking is more expensive than self-parking, but it can be more convenient if you are visiting a restaurant, show, casino, spa or hotel lobby.
Current MGM Resorts valet parking rates are simple:

There is no complimentary grace period for valet parking. Valet charges begin when your vehicle receives a valet ticket.
Non-hotel guests do not receive in-out privileges with valet parking. If you valet, leave and come back later, you may pay again. Registered hotel guests who pay for valet receive a special valet ticket linked to the room account and can use valet at other MGM Resorts properties during the stay, subject to availability.
Hotel guest valet charges are normally billed to the room. If valet is full at another MGM resort, MGM says valet hotel guests may be offered self-parking at no charge, subject to availability.
MGM Oversized Parking Fees at Excalibur
Oversized vehicle parking is available only at Excalibur’s oversized parking lots. Guests must contact the front desk of the MGM Resorts Las Vegas hotel where they are staying to arrange oversized vehicle parking.
MGM’s current oversized parking fee is:

What Happens If I Lose My MGM Resort Parking Ticket?
If you lose your MGM self-parking ticket, use the call button at the Pay-on-Foot kiosk or contact parking staff.
MGM will try to determine how long your vehicle has been parked. If staff can verify the parking duration, you will be charged the actual amount owed.
If they cannot determine how long your vehicle has been parked, you may be charged a lost-ticket parking fee. MGM’s current parking terms list the self-parking lost-ticket fee as $50 per day, although MGM’s FAQ still contains older wording that references $30. Because the official parking terms are newer and rate-based, it is safer to expect the current parking page’s $50 lost-ticket language.
MGM also says the lost-ticket fee is a last resort and may be used only in rare instances.
