Las Vegas Breweries: FAQs
What is a Taproom?
A taproom is a spot in a brewery where beer is saved. In some Vegas locations, the space is attached to the brewery itself, whilst in others it is a separate bar area. Try out their beers in bar seating or long table areas.
Some breweries serve food, others encourage guests to bring their own. Many breweries have partnered with local food trucks or neighboring restaurants so you can enjoy a bite with your beer.
Taprooms are a fantastic way to bring local communities together. Some are dedicated to solely drinking, whilst others will show sporting fixtures, host events like trivia nights and live music or have games. Taprooms are more communal than bars, dedicated to enjoying the taste of beer rather than get drunk.
Is Beer Expensive in Vegas?
Las Vegas isn’t one of the most cost-efficient spots in the USA. Nightclubs will be more expensive than bars and spots on The Strip more than spots downtown. The average price of a domestic beer is between $7 – $10 whilst imported beer will be a little higher at $8 – $10.
Final Words
Whether you’re on a mission to try all the best beers found in the southwestern states, looking for a relaxing drink after work, a place to spend time with family and friends, or watch the big game, Las Vegas will have a brewery for you. These are just a selection of popular spots in Vegas and the number will only grow over the next few years.
