Since the introduction of this paid parking system, the charges have only gone up. In 2021, the self-parking fees started at $10 after the first free hour and then $15 for 24 hours. Valet at the time cost $15 to $20 for non-hotel guests. Registered hotel guests retained free valet and self-park.
On September 20, 2023, the Cosmopolitan made more changes by getting rid of complimentary parking for registered hotel guests. This marked the end of Cosmopolitan parking free days for all guests, and henceforth, charges applied across the board.
Today, the Cosmo charges at least $18 for self-parking and $35 for valet.

How to pay for self-parking:
Take your vehicle into the parking garage and receive your ticket at the entrance. If you are a registered hotel guest, you will proceed to turn over the ticket at the check-in station to have your fees charged to your hotel card – the hotel will then charge all your fees to your room and sort you on your way out.
Non-hotel guests can hold on to the ticket and present it when heading out of the parking space. Proceed to stop at the kiosks and enter the ticket plus the fees. This is when you can present your Identity Rewards cards for free parking.
Cash, as well as credit cards, are accepted as forms of payment at the pay-on-foot kiosks at the Cosmo. These kiosks are situated on each level of the parking facilities, close to the elevator banks.
Please remember you can only use cash and credit cards on B2 and B3 levels. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment on B4 and B5.
Valet Parking
Identity Rewards (Cosmo’s loyalty program) members at the Gold status or above receive free valet parking. Please keep in mind that this is subject to availability and that you have to have your Identity card on your person for verification.

The self-parking garage is located directly under the Cosmopolitan – it is an underground parking facility.
The entrance to the garage is situated on Harmon Avenue, which runs parallel to Las Vegas Boulevard on the south side of the hotel. It is a strategic location that allows visitors to park without the hassle of navigating through crowded streets.
Use this road to enter the garage for self-parking, or you can leave your car at the valet drop-off situated right at this entrance.
If you are not interested in valet, then you can also access the self-parking garage from the north side of the hotel via the Las Vegas Boulevard.
