After more than 2-years of waiting, Durango Casino and Resort finally opened at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 5. The grand opening debuted the $780 million property at 6915 S Durango Drive southwest of the Las Vegas Valley near 215 Beltway.
Located within a 5-mile radius of many locals’ hotspots, the 15-story property brings a wide range of amenities including 200 rooms & suites, a sportsbook, and 15 bars & restaurants including favorites like George’s Sportsmen’s Lounge, Oasis Lounge, Mijo, Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fresh Fish, and the Eat Your Heart Out Food Hall filled with locally owned restaurants and fast food joints.
