The legendary Chef Martin Yan brings his take on Pan-Asian cuisines to the excited taste buds of his fans and traditional Asian food enthusiasts. His culinary treasure consists of inspirations from his travels across Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.
Chef Yan takes full advantage of the 5,300 square foot space with a casual ambiance filled with contemporary Asian art piece and murals, bringing together an Asian vibe. You will enjoy the private dining and a social meal at the noodle bar.
Above all else, M.Y. Asia brings food lockers, making it the first of its kind in Las Vegas. All guests have to do is order their food, pay for it, and then proceed to the warmed food lockers to pick up their fresh dishes without needing to meet anyone. What a privacy feature!
Dive into the menu, there are plenty of options. The starters consist of a variety of Asian delights, such as Korean-style Kimchi and Vietnamese-style Pickled Vegetables. You also have the Shrimp Lettuce Cups containing shrimp, water chestnuts, onions, and green onions.
A must try is the M.Y. Dim Sum Sampler comprising shiu mai, har gow, steamed BBQ pork bao, lotus leaf-wrapped rice, seafood dumplings, and farmer’s dumplings. Nosh Deli is one of the remnants of old Bally’s Las Vegas and still maintains its traditional roots. Stand in front of the use Nosh sign at the counter to order some of their favorite items like the $5.99 desserts and the $4.99 pastries.
Sandwiches come in three varieties; the roast beef & cheddar with horseradish 7 caramelized onion mayonnaise, jam & cheese with shaved ham, fig mustard spread, and French baguette, and the Turkey, bacon & swiss sandwich with shaved turkey, bacon, and swiss cheese in marble rye sliced bread.

Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen is scheduled to replace Burger Brasserie in the Summer of 2023 at its former space in Horseshoe Las Vegas. The concept was confirmed earlier in January 2023, breaking in the ground work to build a classic Guy Fieri sports bar/restaurant with an inviting interior fit for any sports fanatic.
The interior is designed by Aria Group Architects and features a fun and welcoming atmosphere with comfortable seating and vibrant murals. With a seating capacity of up to 279 guests across the bar, main dining area, and rotunda, the restaurant offers a spacious environment to enjoy great food and sports.
The centerpiece of the restaurant is the massive 360-degree island bar, adorned with attractive liquor displays and an impressive array of LED screens that cater to sports enthusiasts. Moreover, for those looking for a more private viewing experience, the MVP lounge provides a cozy ambiance on game day.
Guy Fieri’s Flavortown restaurant is also a great addition since Horseshoe’s sportsbook was closed during the renovation, leaving the hotel without a playground for sports fans. Guy’s kitchen will not only provide the warmth and nourishment needed for a good game but also a loud space for fanatical crowds and cheerleaders.
