Among other things, Las Vegas is famed for the number of hotel rooms it has available, and Sin City can cater to all budgets, from those who want to pay as little as possible to those who have almost unlimited funds.
That said, suites with three or more bedrooms are relatively rare. However, if you’re traveling with a group and want to stay together, there are a few options – and to help you find them, here’s a selection of the best three-bedroom suites in Las Vegas to check out.
A Few Words About Prices and Exclusivity
Vegas is a town that caters to all kinds of clients, and it has rooms available for just about any budget, from the lowest to the highest – and everything in between.
However, at the very top of the price range, some suites, penthouses and villas are available that only the super-rich can even consider, and so exclusive are those rooms that sometimes, just having the money might not be enough because you need the right connections too.
This is because the most high-end rooms in town are only offered to preferred customers – and many of the rooms can’t even be found advertised on the resorts’ websites. Sometimes, resorts don’t even admit to their existence!
To stay in this kind of room, you need to be super-rich, but you also need to know the right people – and it probably helps if you’re a celebrity too.
In any case, the prices for these kinds of rooms aren’t generally advertised – because if you can afford to stay there, the price probably doesn’t matter.
At the same time, even for the slightly more regular multi-bedroom suites that are available to the general public, the prices are not always available and may fluctuate wildly, depending on the season and other factors.
This is why, in this post, we haven’t always quoted prices – but suffice it to say that in Las Vegas, the price for the most inexpensive three-bedroom suite starts at around $500 a night, but you can pay up to $35,000 a night for the most expensive.
The Best 3-Bedroom Suites in Vegas
Here’s our pick of the best three-bedroom suites in Vegas, all of which are either in resorts on the Las Vegas Strip or ones that are very close by.
Presidential and Chairman Suites, The Palazzo at The Venetian
Highlights: Massage parlor, workout room, terrace (Chairman Suite), VIP concierge service
The Venetian resort is known for its high levels of Italianate opulence, and if you’re looking for a three-bedroom suite where no luxury is spared, the Palazzo Tower is among Vegas’ top options.
The 6,277-square-foot three-bedroom Presidential Suite boasts its own Italian marble foyer and offers a living area, a dining room, a massage parlor, a workout room and even a jacuzzi on the balcony. Bedrooms include two with a single king bed and one with two queens.
Even larger, the 6,367-square-foot Chairman Suite also includes its own terrace complete with a pool and spa and a steam room and sauna. Like the Presidential Suite, it also has two bedrooms with one king bed and one bedroom with two queens.
And if even that isn’t enough, the resort also has a four-bedroom Chairman Suite that occupies a vast 7,828 square feet.

The Chairman Suite, The Venetian Tower at The Venetian
Highlights: Private theatre, private gym with sauna, baby grand piano, multiple jetted hot tubs each with plasma screen TVs
The Venetian Tower, part of the same resort complex as the Palazzo Tower, also boasts incredibly opulent three- and four-bedroom Chairman Suites, occupying a staggering 8,000 and 9,000 square feet respectively.
They are regarded as the resort’s most exclusive accommodation and offer guests a marble foyer with a waterfall feature at the entrance, a private theatre, a private gym with a sauna, multiple jetted hot tubs and a baby grand piano.
Along with this, there’s also a dining area large enough for eight and a 1.5-sized bar area – and you’ll also benefit from the special VIP concierge service while you’re there.
Of course, this kind of luxury doesn’t come cheap, but while you’re there, you’ll be safe in the knowledge that you’re enjoying in some of the most high-end accommodation in town.

Chelsea Penthouse, The Cosmopolitan

If you want to stay in a three-bedroom suite at the trendy, quirky Cosmopolitan, you’ll find yourself in the exquisitely decadent Chelsea Penthouse.
There are two- and three-bedroom versions, and the three-bedroom penthouse offers near-unrivalled panoramic views down over the Las Vegas Strip.
As you’d expect in The Cosmopolitan, the interior design is unique and idiosyncratic – along with original artworks, you’ll also find creative touches such as the crystal-encrusted wall texture.
The suite incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows, again, making the most of the stunning view, and you’ll also find all the most cutting-edge technology to help make your stay even more comfortable.
Again, don’t expect this level of accommodation to come cheap – but the time you spend there will be nothing if not memorable.

Three-Bedroom Penthouses and Villas, Caesars Palace
Highlights: Breathtaking luxury, private swimming pools, butler service
As one of Vegas’ best-known and most iconic resorts, it should come as no surprise that Caesars Palace offers several ultra-exclusive three- and four-bedroom suites intended for only the highest of high rollers.
For example, you might choose to stay in a three-bedroom penthouse in the Octavius Tower, lavish suites that feature dark wood furnishings, marble touches and neutral tones.
Alternatively, for those to whom money is no object – and perhaps who also happen to have the right contacts – one of Caesars Palace’s near-mythical villas might be worth considering.
There are four three-bedroom options and two four-bedroom options, and each has its own range of features – including fire pits, private pools, grand pianos, billiard rooms, media rooms, personal gyms and more – all designed to make you feel like an emperor during your stay.
However, you’ll need to be extremely deep of pocket to even consider one of these since they can cost as much as $25,000 or more per night.

Compared to some of the other super-luxury three-bedroom suites in Vegas, the impressive SKYLOFTS at the MGM Grand are relatively affordable – although you should still be ready to put your hand in your pocket to the tune of over $1,000 a night to stay there.
One of the main highlights of these desirable contemporary suites is the Infinity Edge spa tub that allows you to soak out your stresses and strains from a vantage point high above the main Las Vegas action.
The suite covers a total of 6,000 square feet, so you’ll have plenty of space for everyone in your group, and you’ll also be able to benefit from the Bvlgari bath amenities that are included with the room.

Suites, Villas, Palaces and Penthouses, Crockfords, Resorts World Las Vegas
Highlights: Stunning views, high-end luxury, ultra-VIP service, private pools (in the palaces)
Part of the Resorts World complex on the Las Vegas Strip, Crockfords offers several three-bedroom suite accommodation options.
First, there’s a 2,600-square-foot Strip View Three Bedroom Entertainment Suite, which, as the name suggests, is ideal for entertaining guests and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view down over The Strip.
There’s also a similar 4,500-square-foot Presidential Strip View Suite, or if you really want to push the boat out, there’s also a 5,500-square-foot Chairman’s Villa on the 65th floor that includes a billiard room, a fully-stocked wet bar and an entertainment lounge.
And if that isn’t decadent enough for your tastes, you can also opt for a three- or four-bedroom palace, covering 6,500 and 7,500 square feet respectively and offering state-of-the-art media rooms with cinema-style seating and garden terraces with private pools.
Finally, there’s also a Strip View Four-Bedroom Penthouse, so at Crockfords, in terms of three- and four-bedroom suites, the least you can say is that you have plenty of choice!

Three-Bedroom Villa, Marriott’s Grand Chateau
Highlights: Affordable prices, separate living and dining areas, full kitchen, five TVs
Not technically on The Strip but located just a stone’s throw away, so if you’re looking for a more affordable option that will allow your group to stay together right near the action, a three-bedroom villa at Marriott’s Grand Chateau could be the perfect choice.
It includes two rooms with king beds and a third with two doubles, and it also incorporates separate living and dining areas as well as three bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen – along with no fewer than five TVs.
However, considering how eye-wateringly expensive some of the three-bedroom suites in Vegas can be, perhaps the best news is that this suite can be picked up for prices that start at a relatively affordable $500 per night.

Three- and Four-Bedroom Suites, Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip
Highlights: HD home theatre, oversized jetted tub, full kitchen, dining table
For slightly pricier rooms that nevertheless tend more toward the affordable end of the price range – and also located just off The Strip – the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip is another one worth checking out.
Rooms start at around $1,000 a night and include a living room, a full kitchen, a dining table and an oversized jetted tub. The suites also come with an HD home theatre and large TVs in the rooms.
For those who need even more space, four-bedroom versions are also available.

Orchid Suite or Presidential Three-Bedroom and Four-bedroom Suites, Mandalay Bay
Highlights: Wet bars, media rooms, private gym (in the Presidential Suite)
Mandalay Bay has two options if you’re looking for a suite with three bedrooms.
The first is the stylishly designed 3,825-square-foot Orchid Suite, which includes a state-of-the-art Crestron media hub, a wet bar in the master suite, a separate dining room and a 75” LED TV in the master suite living area.
Alternatively, you can go for the sumptuous 5,605-square-foot Presidential Three-Bedroom Suite, which includes 10 TVs, multiple wet bars, a six-person dining table, a private gym, a media room for up to 10 people and even a small library.
There’s also a four-bedroom version of the Presidential Suite if you need even more space.

Nobu Villa, Nobu Hotel
Highlights: Huge terrace, ultra-exclusivity, private Zen garden, wet bar and barman
Also counted among Las Vegas’ most lavish suites is the Nobu Villa in the Nobu Hotel, itself part of the Caesars Palace complex, and it’s another suite that’s so exclusive that only scant details appear on the hotel’s website.
It features serene, minimalist Japanese-inspired décor and includes a vast terrace, a private Zen garden, a sauna and a wet bar – and even comes with a barman to serve your drinks.
However, this is only what you’d expect of a room that costs this much because it’s not only one of the most expensive hotel rooms in town but also in the whole world – a stay here will set you back something to the tune of $35,000 a night.
If this sounds like it’s a bit out of your price range, you might also consider contacting the hotel about the possibility of staying in one of the three-bedroom Sake Suites or a three-bedroom Nobu Penthouse Suite.
These rooms come with a slightly more affordable price tag – relatively speaking – but still feature Nobu’s trademark levels of luxury and sophistication.
