Did you know that Flamingo Las Vegas is the oldest hotel & casino in Las Vegas? The beautiful structure of brilliant architecture was opened in 1946, years before other establishments like Sahara and Tropicana followed in the 1950s.
The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the Strip. It has many rooms that have amazing views of the Strip as well as the attractive High Roller. Here, you will get to enjoy a lot of games from table games to hundreds of slot machines. There are Jacuzzis, pools, and fitness centers. The cherry on top is that pets are allowed at the location.
Flamingo is located next to other Caesars Entertainment venues like Caesars Palace, the Bellagio, and Paris Las Vegas. You can clearly tell that everything at the Strip evolved around it giving it the center stage of the Strip.
The whole entrance gives you a classic look reminiscent of a long-gone time. The establishment appeals to families who want to spend some time in the garden zoo as well as in the expansive pool area.
Self-Parking at Flamingo Las Vegas
Parking Fees
Keep in mind that only guests at the hotel have unlimited access to get in and out of the garage at any time of the day.
If you are a visitor and you happen to be moving in and out, then you will be required to pay for parking each time you enter the garage. Leaving the garage will mark the end of your parking hours and you will start a new timeline once you come back. This can be quite expensive for visitors.
There is no complimentary first-hour parking for either guests or non-guests. Parking is only fully complimentary to Platinum, Diamond, and Seven Stars Caesars Rewards members.
Apart from that, only Nevada locals with valid Nevada driver’s licenses get free parking privileges. If you are a local, present your ID when parking, and you will get the first 3 hours free, normal charges apply afterward.
You will have the parking fees charged to your room if you are a guest. This is convenient as you will get to deal with all the payments on your room bill alone. Another great perk for guests is that they can use their room key to gain access to other Caesars self-parking garages around the city.
Visitors on the other hand get a ticket once they get to the parking garage. The ticket is then taken to a kiosk for payment before the visitors enter their vehicles and leave the facility. It would be best if you do not lose your ticket since the charges will be higher.
Use the call button at the kiosk to contact the parking staff in case you lose your ticket. The staff will help you gain access to your car at an extra cost.

Valet Parking at Flamingo Las Vegas
Parking Fees
One of the downsides of valet parking at Flamingo Hotel & Casino is that there is no grace period. You start paying for the parking the minute you hand over your vehicle to the valet. Complimentary parking is only reserved for the Rewards Card Members of the Platinum, Diamond, and Seven Stars category.
Valet parking is charged to guests’ rooms. Guests are required to get a ticket and scan it at a self-service kiosk or the valet booth for the charges to get transferred to the room bill. Visitors are required to pay the valet parking fees at the kiosk or valet booth. The ticket is then taken to the valet who will bring your vehicle over after you pay.
It is important to note that tipping is not mandatory but appreciated. You can only pay the tip in cash at the moment and there is no option to add it to the room bill or valet ticket.
The beauty of valet parking is that you do not have to worry about losing your ticket. The valet system at Flamingo Las Vegas registers each vehicle’s arrival to accurately log in the parking charges. In case you lose the ticket, all you have to do is speak to the parking staff and they will check the system to give you the price and retrieve your vehicle promptly.
The same self-parking rule about in-and-out privileges applies to valet parking. Only hotel guests have the freedom to drive their vehicles in and out of the valet parking at no extra cost during the day. Visitors on the other hand get charged afresh every time they get to the valet parking.
Rates | Monday to Sunday |
0 – 24 hours | $40 |
