Bacchanal Buffet is the largest and most extravagant of all the Vegas buffets. They don’t technically have a breakfast sitting, but since the buffet opens for brunch at 9am, it’s still a great place to go and fill up on a wide range of breakfast and brunch dishes.
The buffet boasts 15 daily chef’s specials and nine live kitchens where cooks prepare the food as you watch, allowing you to sample a mind-boggling array of creations from the US and the rest of the world.
Highlights
Since the chefs in each kitchen are constantly innovating, it’s hard to say what will be on offer at any one time. However, you’ll find all major world cuisines well represented, and the all-new roving dim sum carts are especially worth looking out for.
You’ll also see all your favorite breakfast items like outstanding eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs and a range of sausages – as well as a few other more unexpected treats such as green tea pancakes, crab avocado toast and truffle deviled eggs.

Reservations are possible and can be made by following the link on the Bacchanal homepage. However, even with a reservation, wait times can be up to 45 minutes during peak hours.
Dress code is “casual”, so in other words, within reason, you can wear what you want.
Note that in Bacchanal, you only have 90 minutes to eat, which is shorter than most other places in town.

Wicked Spoon is without doubt one of Vegas’ best top-end buffets. It might not be able to match Bacchanal for the sheer range of food, but it makes up for it by offering a mix of classic favorites alongside some highly original culinary creations.
During the week, Wicked Spoon opens for breakfast from 8am to 3pm while at the weekend, you can enjoy an indulgent brunch between 9am and 4pm.
You’ll find seven different food stations, including dedicated breakfast and brunch bars – along with an Asian station, an international station and more.

Among the myriad delights at Wicked Spoon, look out for the smoked salmon with capers, onions, whipped cream and cheese served on a range of assorted bagels, the exceptional eggs Benedict or the more unusual Wicked Breakfast Pizza with maple hollandaise.

The Buffet at Bellagio has long been counted among the best in town, and although they call it “brunch”, it opens at 8am, so it might as well be breakfast – but just with a wider variety of delectable morsels to sample.
Like all the top buffets, this one boasts live-action kitchens where you can witness the beautifully prepared dishes being cooked up before your eyes.
As well as American breakfast and brunch classics, you’ll find other major cuisines all well represented – so your biggest problem is probably going to be deciding where to start.
Highlights
A visit to this buffet will be a treat for the tastebuds, whatever your preferences. Look out for the corn beef hash eggs Benedict or the made-to-order omelets – as well as the juicy carving sausages if you love meat.
If you enjoy Asian breakfast, the lap cheong fried rice is not to be missed, along with the potsticker dumplings. Those who prefer a sweet breakfast are also well looked after with options like French toast, crêpes or cinnamon rolls.

Like any Las Vegas buffet worthy of the name, MGM Grand does a fantastic take on eggs Benedict. You can also enjoy a wide selection of other classics like sausage, bacon, smoked salmon, pancakes and waffles.

Another buffet that’s known for value – and another that’s called “brunch” but opens at 7 am, making it a smart choice for a hearty breakfast too.
This has always been more of a traditional-style buffet, so don’t expect as many individual servings or the live-action kitchens of most high-end places.
However, for the amount you pay, you can’t fail to be impressed by the range or quality of the food on offer, making it a great pick if you want to experience a traditional Vegas breakfast buffet without having to pay big bucks.
Highlights
Look out for made-to-order crêpes and omelets as well as the obligatory eggs Benedict. Alternatively, you can go for huevos rancheros, and there’s pork sausage, turkey sausage or applewood smoked bacon to choose from too.
Pancakes, cinnamon French toast, doughnuts and pastries are provided for those who like something sweet first thing in the morning, or you prefer something more exotic, opt for the sushi, dim sum or potsticker dumplings.

Apart from the six buffets we’ve featured here, The Buffet at Luxor is another good option. It’s owned by MGM and is similar to Excalibur in both atmosphere and food offerings.
