The Buffet at Wynn, also known as the Wynn Buffet, is a high-end buffet similar to the Buffet at the Bellagio, the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palaces, and the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmo.
With a fine dining atmosphere and elegant cuisine, these spots stand out as the epitome of upscale buffets in Vegas.
What makes the Wynn Buffet stand out from these other luxurious buffets is its delivery of an extensive dessert list and special buffets like the seafood gourmet dinner. It is among our top seafood buffets in Las Vegas, providing the highest quality dishes in general, albeit at a higher price.

Located on the Wynn Casino Floor in the Fairway Esplanade, the Wynn Buffet brings over 120 different savory dishes, fantastic desserts, and house-made sweets.
A soaring atrium with Wynn’s signature live Royal Palms invites you into a classic interior filled with vintage décor and a greenery-filled wall. The space is warmly lit and decorated beautifully with art pieces on the walls, and its bright and airy environment brings the interior to life.
The buffet is also known for its expansive 16 live-action cooking stations designed by executive Chef Craig Herber. The several options throughout the week offer a wide range of indulges that will satisfy all cravings and needs.
Wynn Buffet serves breakfast, brunch, and dinner throughout the week. Breakfast and the Seafood Gourmet Dinner are served daily, but the Gourmet brunch is only available on the weekends.
As a trend followed by high-end buffets in Vegas, the Wynn Buffet also tends towards individual dish servings rather than self-serve troughs, making up around 40% of the food served.
The buffet boasts American plus international dishes, including European, Italian, Latin, Mexican, South Asian, and South Pacific cuisines. They all come in an array of cold and hot dishes, all in their highest possible quality.
Apart from the 120+ dishes, you can also order custom-made meals on the spot to get your own creations right at the stations. If you are spoilt for choice, then a good place to start is the eggs Benedicts, prime rib, split Alaskan crab legs, dry rubbed rotisserie chicken, and finish off with the hand-crafted dessert crepes.
